Possible cause

Liquid column in the
- Safety valve built-in incorrectly
- Insert the safety valve so, that the side with
pipette does not hold
the black O-ring points to the filter (see
(pipette drops or runs out)

- Pipetholder is untight
- Test the correct assembly sequence for
the pipetholder. If required, test or
replace individual components.
The pump will not blow
- Incorrect pipetting mode
- Set the Ex/Blow out key to the Blow out mode.

Note:
Pipetting mode on Blow out
=> the pump will blow out the pipette
Pipetting mode on Ex
=> the pipette runs out via atmospheric pressure (without pump)
