Configuring Dual Sampling Settings

Set the sampling speed and the number of points for instantaneous waveforms.

The instrument measures instantaneous waveforms using the normal method (acquiring one data point per

sample). Choose a sampling rate faster than that chosen for trend waveforms. See the following page for the

sampling speeds that can be set.

See “Linear time-invariant system” (p. 372).

Configure the memory division settings.

Instantaneous waveforms can be acquired into multiple blocks.

By setting the dual sampling to

[On]

, the memory division is also set to

[On]

automatically, allowing you to set

the number of blocks, start block number, and the number of blocks to be used.
