Open Correction
All correction
Simultaneously acquire the open correction values for all measurement frequencies.

EXIT

The
OPEN
dialog box will be closed, and
the previous correction value will be dis-
played. (If correction has never been per

formed, the correction values become 0.)
Check that the measurement cable is in an
open circuit state.

Touch the
EXEC
key.
Touch when you wish to cancel
correction. (The display will
return to the screen shown
in Step 2 of the process, and
the open correction value will
remain unchanged.)
The correc-
tion range can
be limited.

Correction will start.
Correction value acquisition time:
Approx. 50 seconds
Touch when you wish to cancel correction.

The next screen will be displayed once cor-
rection has completed normally.
