Preparing for Measurement

1.1 Installing Batteries and the Z3210 Wireless Adapter

When using the instrument for the first time, install two LR6 Alkaline batteries. (p. 29) In

addition, check that there is adequate remaining power in the batteries before starting the

measurement.

Appears As the remaining power decreases, the indicators disappear from the left.

Appears The batteries are exhausted. Replace the batteries in good time.

The batteries are exhausted. Replace the batteries with new ones.

The CM4003 can be used by connecting an external power supply without installing the batteries.
