5.1 Checking for Any Contact Defects and Confirming
Contact Condition (Contact Check Function)
When the contact check function is enabled, the connection between the HIGH terminal and LOW
terminal can be checked.
When the test leads are off of the DUT, a contact error occurs and [Contact FAIL] is displayed.
When [Contact FAIL] is displayed, a contact defect is suspected. Check the contact of the tip of
the test leads and any disconnection of the test leads.
If the measured capacitance value is greater than 200 nF, [OVER] is displayed, and the contact
check judgment is PASS. The contact check judgment results can be checked with the setting
screen, communications command, and EXT. I/O.
