Setting the capacitance value of the DUT
Syntax
Command
:CHARge:CAPacity <Capacitance value of the DUT>
• Capacitance value of the DUT {0.1E-09 to 200.0E-09}
Sets the capacitance value of the DUT.
Description
Specifies the capacitance value of the DUT.
The capacitance value of the DUT is used to calculate the current limit value.
When this command is executed, the auto capacitance value setting is OFF (MANUAL).
Example
:CHARge:CAPacity 99E-09
The capacitance value of the DUT is set to 99 nF.
Querying the capacitance value of the DUT
Syntax Query
:CHARge:CAPacity?
Response
(9 bytes +
CRLF)
<Capacitance value of the DUT>
• Capacitance value of the DUT {0.1E-09 to 200.0E-09}
Returns the capacitance value of the DUT.
Description Queries the capacitance value of the DUT.
Example
:CHARge:CAPacity?

The capacitance value of the DUT is 99 nF.
Setting the auto capacitance value of the DUT
Syntax Command
:CHARge:CAPacity:AUTO {ON|OFF}
Description Allows the capacitance value of the DUT to be set automatically.
ON The capacitance value of the DUT is measured and the capacitance value is
automatically set at the start of the test.
OFF The capacitance value of the DUT is not automatically set and is fixed.

The auto capacitance value of the DUT is set to ON (AUTO).
Querying the auto capacitance value of the DUT
Syntax Query
