Is the key lock set?

Cancel the key lock.

Is the unit being remotely operated from an
external device using GP-IB?

Switch GP-IB to local

Is the unit being remotely operated from an
external device using RS-232C?

Switch RS-232C to local.

Were large capacitance components and
other low-impedance components mea-
sured at range 7,8 for a prolonged period?

Open the measurement terminal and

Gently wipe the measurement termi-
nals with a cloth.
