Explanation

Command Sets the upper limit and lower limit values of the first parameter for the

comparator function in count value mode.
A numeric value in NRf format is accepted but non significant digits
are rounded off so the numeric.

Query

Returns data for the upper limit and lower limit value settings of the
first parameter for the comparator function in order of lower limit value
and upper limit value.
