F1: general fuse to check the feeding of the main line F1. This is to be checked if the machine
doesn’t work, except the starting of the thermic engine from the key.
F2: fuse that checks the feeding of the coils of: undercarriage’s electrovalve, aerial part’s
electrovalve, Jib’s electrovalve.
F3: fuse that checks the emergency descend electrovalves.
F4: high voltage fuse of transformer-electric engine.
F5: load sensor fuse
KA1: relay activated by the receiver of the alignment photoelectric cell. It controls the
undercarriage’s electrovalve. It is to be checked if the undercarriage part doesn’t work when the
machine is closed and aligned.
KA2: relay activated by the series connection of the outriggers stops (
end of stroke
). It controls the
aerial part’s electrovalve. It is to be checked if the aerial part doesn’t work.
KA3: relay activated by the emergency descend selector. It controls the emergency descend’s coils.
It is to be checked if the emergency descend doesn’t work.
KA4: relay activated by the 120-200kg deviator in the 120 kg. position. It controls the Jib cylinder’s
coil. It is to be checked if the Jib cylinder doesn’t work.
KA5: relay activated by the green button for the engine starting. It controls the positive pole of the
engine starting. It is to be checked if the engine doesn’t start with the green button.
KA6: relay activated by the reflection photoelectric cell for the alignment. It controls the
undercarriage’s electrovalve. It is to be checked if the undercarriage part doesn’t work when the
machine is closed and aligned.
KM1: high voltage relay activated by the electric engine starting (contact Q7 PLC). It controls the
electric engine starting. It is to be checked if the electric engine doesn’t work.
5. POSSIBLE INCONVENIENCES: CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS.
1)
The undercarriage jerks or the translation is not straight
- The machine is not centred: centre it

The non-return valves of the deliveries collector are dirty: clean or replace them

The pump is faulty: replace it

The valves on the reduction gear drive controlling the translation are dirty or damaged:
clean or replace them.
2)
The outriggers’ lamp does not work

The lamp is burned out (the machine works): replace it

The outrigger’s micron doesn’t work: check the setting or replace it

Fuse F1 is faulty (the machine does not work): replace it
-
A cable is cut: check it
3)
One outrigger sinks
