DISCONNECTION INSPECTION FOR ENGINE CAN_H COMMUNICATION L

LINE (500 k) [DIESEL]

1.

Set the starter key to the "LOCK" position.

2.

Disconnect the following controller connectors connected to the
Engine_control/Diagnosis_CAN line.

•

Engine ECU, AT ECU, ABS ECU, vehicle control ECU

3.

Disconnect the J/C_CAN5 connector.

4.

Use the electrical tester to measure the resistance between the
terminals in the CAN H-line and L-line on the DCU side, viewed
from J/C_CAN5.
