The 12485 is a pneumatic crimping-machine for the Hilpress interchangeable crimping-system built as a complete
table-unit.
With the 12485 the most known terminals on the market will be crimped with the Hilpress interchangeable
crimping-system.
All other applications of the pneum. Crimping-Unit 12485 are only permitted with a written
permission of the manufacturer.
For all unauthorised applications of the pneum. Crimping-Unit 12485 the manufacturer shall not
be liable for any resultant damage or injury.
1.03 Funktion / Fonction / Function
Passend zum Presskabelschuh wird ein auswechselbares Hilpress Crimpwerkzeug montiert.
Die Presskabelschuhe werden mit der Hilpress Einschubvorrichtung und dem passenden Führungsteil
wiederholgenau in das Hilpress auswechselbare Crimpgesenk eingeführt.
Durch das pneum. Fusspedal wird der Crimpvorgang ausgelöst und der Presskabelschuh verarbeitet.
Bei demontierter transparenter Schutzabdeckung aus Makrolon ist das Crimpgerät 12485 automatisch
blockiert.

Regarding to the type of terminal the interchangeable Hilpress crimping die is selected.
With the Hilpress push-in device and the right locator the terminals are positioned correct and repetitive in the
Hilpress interchangeable crimping die.
By pressing the pneumatic foot pedal the crimping-unit 12485 crimps the terminals.
If the transparent safety-cover made of Macrolon is not locked, the pneum. crimping-unit 12485
is blocked.
