After the fans have stopped spinning, pull the fan tray out of chassis.

Grasp the replacement fan tray with the screws on the right side of your palm.
Slide the fan tray into the slot until you feel resistant.
6.
Tighten the screws on the fan tray.
Note: To prevent over-heating, you should install the replacement fan tray within one
minute after the existing fan tray is removed. If the system detects over-heating, it will
automatically switch off the power supply.
Replacing an Air Filter
The air filter is inside the fan tray. To avoid system overheating, install the fan tray
with a replacement air filter immediately after it is removed.
To replace the air filter, take the following steps:
1.
Remove the fan tray according the Step 1 to 4 in
2.
Place the fan tray on the operation table with mesh-side up.
3.
Loosen all the screws on the outer mesh using a Phillips screwdriver.
4.
Take out the air filter set and place it on the operation table with inner mesh
pointing upwards.
5.
Loosen all the screws on the inner mesh with a Phillips screwdriver.
6.
Remove the inner mesh to reveal the air filter.
7.
Take out the air filter, as shown in Figure 5-7.
