3. Select I/O Output Mode.

Select Solid Light Mode when you need to use the solid light.

Select Housing Fan Mode when you need to use the fan.

4. Set other control parameters.
Duty Ratio/Brightness
It is the time occupation of the high level in a certain period. The higher the duty ratio, the
brighter the solid light. High duty ratio will cut life span of the solid light.
Enable Solid Light by Auto Brightness Detection
Check it when you want the solid light to be controlled by detecting the surroundings
brightness automatically. Set Brightness Threshold. The higher the threshold is, the harder
the solid light can be enabled.
Enable Solid Light by Time
Check it when you want the solid light to be enabled during a fixed time period. Set Start
Time and End Time.
Enable Housing Fan
Under Housing Fan Mode, check it when you need to enable the fan.
Note
Enabling solid light by brightness and time are conflicted with each other. You can only enable
one function at once.
5. Optional: Select other I/O(s) to copy the same settings.
6. Click Save.
4.3.3 Set Picture Composition
You can enable the picture composition to composite several pictures into one to make it
convenient to view the violation captured pictures.

1. Go to Configuration → Device Configuration → Capture Parameters → Picture Composition .
