Chapter 5

Activation

Purpose:
You are required to activate the device first before using it.
Activation via the web client, activation via SADP, and activation via client software are supported.
The default values of the control terminal are as follows.



The default IP address: 192.0.0.64.



The default port No.: 8000.



The default user name: admin.

5.1

Activating via Web Client

Steps:
1.

Open the web browser.

2.

For your first login, input the IP address of the main elevator controller to enter device
activation interface.

3.

Input the password and confirm the password.

STRONG  PASSWORD  RECOMMENDED–  We  highly  recommend  you  create  a  strong
password of your own choosing (using a minimum of 8 characters, including upper case
letters,  lower  case  letters,  numbers,  and  special  characters)  in  order  to  increase  the
security  of  your  product.  And  we  recommend  you  reset  your  password  regularly,
especially  in  the  high  security  system,  resetting  the  password  monthly  or  weekly  can
better protect your product.

4.

Click OK to activate the device. You will login the web client automatically.

Note:

The device IP segment should be the same with the PC’s.

Purpose:
SADP software is used for detecting the online device, activating the device, and resetting the
