If USB device cannot be detected, please try to connect again. If it still cannot be detected, this may be 

because of the compatible problem between NVR and backup device.

After searching files, click

  to pop up a new page 

where list all the files for the specific day.   
 
Select the backup device, enable backup player or not, select 

the  files  and  click

  to  start  backup,  click  again  to 

stop backup. 
 
During  backup,  the  window  will  display  the  file  number  and 
backup progress.
