No camera found when
running the MVS client
or frame grabber
software.
The camera is not
started up normally.
Check the camera’s power supply by
viewing the camera’s LED indicator.
Frame grabber
exception occurs.
Check the frame grabber by viewing
its indicator.
CameraLink cable
connection exception
occurs.
Check whether CameraLink cable is
properly connected by viewing frame
grabber’s indicator, or via serial port
tool.
Software installation
exception occurs.
Check software version, or reinstall
the frame grabber driver or software.

The camera’s LED
indicator shows solid
blue, but frame grabber
software cannot
generate image.
Incorrect parameter
settings of frame
grabber software, for
example resolution.
Check frame grabber parameter
settings. If settings are not correct,
please refer to Section 3.1.2 for
details.
The camera is in
triggering mode.
Disable triggering mode.

Live view is black.
Aperture is closed, or
camera exception
occurs.
Open the aperture or reboot the
camera.

The camera cannot
acquire images under
hardware trigger mode.
Under other modes,
the camera can acquire
images.
Trigger mode is
disabled.
Enable trigger mode.
Trigger wiring is not
correct.
Check whether external wiring is
correct.
