wrench and remove spine.

Spine Cap
Screw

Using the T-27 Hand Tool remove the Spine
Cap Screws by turning in a counter-clockwise
direction.

Hinge
Covers

Remove both Hinge Covers.

Remove back tension adjustment rod by insert-
ing 1/16” allen wrench underneath rod to
release and then pulling out. (Chairs built prior
to 4/3/09 can be removed by wiggling up and
down while pulling out to disengage.)
