5231F21 Fountain
1. Prepare a firm, level surface for your new fountain. Follow local codes and make sure you use a GFCI power source.
2. Place 6719 Fiberglass Pool on a firm, level surface.
3. Check the 10" standpipe in the 6719 pool to make sure it is tight. Place pump in center of pool and feed cord through
standpipe and (using channel area built under pool) out to desired area outside of pool. Insert one of the 1" male x _" barbed
adapters into the pump exhaust. Attached 6" tube and clamp it tight to the adapter.
4. Insert an end leg (see drawing) of the tee into the top of the tube and screw clamp.
Attach the two longest tubes to the other ends of the tee and screw clamp each.
Position one flow restrictor about 6" up the tube connected to the middle
leg of the tee. Use a piece of tape or another way to mark the far end of the
tube which is attached to the middle leg of the tee. (Water from this tube
needs to be directed to the very top of the fountain.)
5. Place the 7234 base in the center of the
fiberglass pool, making sure to pull the long
tubes safely through.
6. Place the 6234 bowl on the base, pulling the two
tubes through as you set it down. Push the wide
standpipe over the tubes and thread it tightly
into the bowl. Insert one of the straight ends of
a tee into the tube which is not marked. Attach
6" tubes to the other two legs of the tee and
screw clamp all. Position flow restrictors to each
of the 6" tubes.
7. Place the 7323 base into the 6234 bowl and, as
you do, push the two tubes up through this base.
8. Insert two 1" barbed adapters to the bottom of
the 6232 bowl. Holding it in place over the base,
attach the marked tube (from the middle leg of
the tee) to the barbed adapter closest to the
center of the bowl and screw clamp tight. Attach
the other tube to the outer adapter and screw
clamp. Set the bowl down and rotate according
to your taste.
9. Insert the remaining 1" barbed adapter into the
centered hole. Thread in the smaller standpipe in
the outside hole.
