Using the incubator
To install a label holder on a drawer
1
Insert the tabs on the holder into a set of slots on the drawer.

Pivot the holder around the drawer handle until the holes on the holder and the drawer are aligned.

Starting from the front of the drawer, insert a screw though the holes in the holder and drawer.

Using the tool provided with the holder, tighten the nut onto the screw until the holder is secure.

Locking the doors
You can lock the door or doors to prevent unauthorized access to items stored in the incubator. The
incubator is shipped from the factory with two keys.

Viewing real-time information
NOTE:
This section only applies to i.Series models.
With the i.Center monitoring system, you can view the status of the incubator. The most important
information is displayed on the HOME screen, but additional information is available from other screens.
6.9.1
Viewing real-time agitation information
NOTE:
This section only applies to i.Series models.
For each i.Series agitator that is installed in the incubator, or the built-in agitator, you can view the current
agitation speed in real-time. You may need this information if your organization requires you to periodically
confirm that the speed is within a particular tolerance.
You can also view the counter that tracks the number of cycles that have been completed. This information
is useful for troubleshooting problems with the motion sensor, or for scheduling additional preventive
maintenance items for the agitator as required by your organization.
To view the current agitation speed

Access the AGITATOR INFORMATION screen.

From the HOME screen, press the MAIN button. The MAIN screen appears.

From the MAIN screen, use the buttons to navigate to and select the i.Help option. The
AGITATOR INFORMATION screen appears with the first option highlighted.

Press the Down button until Agitator RPM is highlighted, then press the Select button. The AGITATOR
RPM screen appears with the current speed for each agitator.

Press the BACK button to return to the previous screen, or press the HOME button to return to the
HOME screen.
