Cryopump ON/OFF and Second Stage Temperature

The first parameter of the CONTROL function allows you to turn the
cryopump motor ON or OFF. The keypad/display shows the ON/OFF
status and second stage temperature as shown in Figure 3-40.

NOTE: Check the power connections, fuses, and switches on the On-Board
compressor if the NO CRYO POWER1 or NO CRYO POWER2 message
appears in the display.
