Temperature control operation
Caution:
Possible damage to the device
If the ventilation openings are not kept free, the motors for the pump
and compressor could overheat.
Never cover the ventilation grille. Ensure that there is always a
distance of 50 cm between the device and wall or other devices.
✓ All peripheral devices are securely
connected, and the refrigerant can
circulate freely.
✓ The device is filled with thermal fluid
➜ Switch the device ON.
✓ The display shows the base menu with
the current cooling temperature "Tint".
✓ The fill level indicator for the thermal
fluid is between 4 and 5.
➜ Press the “Standby” softkey.
✓ The pump for circulating the thermal
fluid will start.
✓ In the header “Standby” will be replaced
by the display of the active cooling.

➜ Monitor the fill level indicator and refill the device with thermal fluid if necessary.
Caution:
Possible damage to the device
If you set the chiller to cool down to a minus temperature, it is
possible that the thermal fluid will freeze.
If you want to cool the device down to minus temperatures, ensure
that you are using an appropriate thermal fluid.(See also chapter
“Spare parts and accessories, Spare parts”)
If there is a large difference in temperature between the chiller and
the external consumer, the temperature drop between the two devices
could be so high that it will not be possible to maintain the cooling
output.
In this case, increase or decrease the setpoint for the cooling tempera
-
ture accordingly or ensure that there is a lower volume of items to be
cooled in your external consumer.
