If any of these appliances are used, the EKT 3001 will receive its power from them. In
this case you will have completed its power connection after carrying out Section 1.3
•
Connect the magnetic stirrer or heating appliance to the power supply.
MR 2002 and other magnetic stirrers or heating appliances
For these appliances you will need a plug-in power pack. It can be ordered as an acces-
sory (order no. 14-012-007-39).
•
Insert the jack plug of the plug-in power pack in the socket (8) of the EKT 3001.
•
Connect the plug-in power pack to the power supply.
The EKT 3001 does not have a power switch. It is switched on and off via the power switch
of the magnetic stirrer. If a power pack is used, switch off by disconnecting the power pack
from the mains.
