Working with the file manager

TNC 320 | User's Manual

HEIDENHAIN Conversational Programming | 3/2014

Displaying graphic files

To open graphics files with the extension bmp, gif, jpg or png

directly on the TNC, proceed as follows:

Call the file manager
Select the directory in which the graphics file is

saved
Move the highlight to the graphics file
Press the ENT key The TNC opens the text file in

its own application using the

Mousepad

additional

tool

With the key combination ALT+TAB you can always return to

the TNC user interface while leaving the graphics file open.

Alternatively, you can also click the corresponding symbol in the

taskbar to switch back to the TNC interface.
More information on how to use the

ristretto

function is provided

under

Help

To exit

ristretto
