Before Login
Identify the operators per instrument and their tier level access. Only the ADMIN profile has
permission to create, setup credentials and delete / add new USER profiles.
Required Credentials
The table below describes the credential requirements applicable to all account profiles (ADMIN and
all CUSTOM USER profiles)
, except for the “User Name” credential, which is only available for U

profiles. The ADMIN and DEFAULT operator profiles are not editable.

Terms
User Name = visible identifiers of USER profiles
ID = number-based identifier for their instruments or any company preference (e.g. employee
number)
PIN = same as password
Wi-Fi SSID =Service Set Identifier, available for both AP and Station Mode. They will typically differ.
Wi-Fi Pass = password for both AP and Station Mode. They will typically differ.
Login Buttons Usage
When entering credentials using the buttons, the process can be easier using a set of secondary
buttons for navigation. This set of secondary buttons help with features that require an operator to
enter any set of information (credentials). To activate these secondary buttons,
press and hold the
left button of the standard button layout to
perform the functions below:

First button
(↓), activates the
secondary Login Buttons by pressing and holding the button.
Once it is released the Login Button functions will change back to the standard button layout
(Menu Buttons). Be careful when entering PIN and User Name not to release the button and
hit the back arrow, otherwise all entry is lost and they will need to be re-entered.

Second button
(↑), cycles backwards through the available characters. This is useful when
accidently passing through the desired character.

Third button (
↓↓
), jumps to the next character set boundary in the available character sets.
