11.2.7 „Window open“ identification
heatapp! drive has an integrated "Window open" detection facility.
If the room temperature decreases quickly over a short period (e.g. during airing), the valve is closed to reduce heat losses.
The valve remains closed for 30 minutes, then the
heatapp! drive continues regulating according to its original settings.
The "Window open" detection facility is now blocked for 45 minutes.
Note
"Window open" detection is impaired if the heatapp! drive is covered, for example by curtains or furniture, so that a fall in
temperature cannot be detected.
11.2.8 Anti-lock system
To prevent blocking of the radiator valve, e.g. due to deposits, heatapp! drive automatically opens and closes the valve every
week. This occurs when the valve position is not changed over long periods, e.g. in summer or in holiday mode. After opening
and closing of the valve
heatapp! drive again regulates according to the original settings.
11.2.9 Reset to factory settings
The heatapp! drive can be reset to the factory settings both when installed and not installed.
1. Open the battery compartment and remove the battery.
2. Keep the learn key depressed and reinsert the battery.
All symbols and characters are simultaneously shown in the display (display test).
3. Keep the learn key depressed until the display goes out and the heatapp! drive audibly actuates the valve.
After a successful reset, an "M" flashes in the display to indicate installation mode. Repeat the installation of the heatapp! drive
as if from new.
Note
If the heatapp! drive is registered in the system, then after resetting to factory settings, you must also remove it from the
system via the menu item Include and exclude radio modules " Remove failed radio component ".
