1.   Arrange the frame pieces in

a circle. Male/female ends
should be placed next to
the piece with the matching
number. The pieces with
hinges attached should be
placed next to one another.

2.   Lay out the mat cover,

handles-side

up

.

3.  Locate the two places along

the mat cover’s seam where
two red elastic bands are
next to each other (one pair
each on opposite sides of
the cover). Align the one pair
of red bands with the male/
female ends labeled “1–1”
and the other pair of red
bands with the other male/
female ends labeled “5–5”.

4.   Thread the frame pieces

through the fabric loops,
starting at the two red
elastic bands. The frame
ends at both the 1–1 and
5–5 connections should
contain one of two sides of a
hinge and should end up on
opposite sides of the cover at
the two elastic bands.

5.  Join the frame pieces to

create two separate halves of
the WonderWave. Make sure
the numbers on the frame
pieces are all face up and
aligned when you join them.

6.  I nsert the twelve bolts into

all of the joints (except for
the hinge pieces), turning
slightly, but do not tighten
until assembly is complete.
You may need to twist
the frame pieces slightly
to line up the bolt holes.
Flip the two halves of the
WonderWave over, so that
the handles are facing up.

9.  Push down on the sides of

the frame.

10. Add the remaining hinge

bolts into the hinges on both
sides of the frame. There
will be three bolts in each
hinge. Make sure all of the
hinge bolts are screwed in
all of the way and tightened
completely.

11. Tighten all bolts along the

frame.

12. Place two slotted tubular

foam pads on each end of the
WonderWave.

13. Place the polyester foam-pad

covers over the foam pads
and fasten with the attached
Velcro® straps, alternating
them between the mat
cover’s straps.

14. To store, remove the

two side bolts from
each hinge and fold the
WonderWave in half. Do
not remove the middle
bolt.

15. To disassemble, remove all

bolts from the hinges and
the frame and remove the
fabric.

SAFETY TIP: Use only on soft
ground, such as grass, and
DO NOT hold on to the metal
edge, as your fi ngers may
get pinched; hold on to the
handles or mat cover only,
as needed. No more than 4
children should be on the
chair at one time. Do not sit
on or straddle the frame when
in use.

It is best to have an equal
balance of weight when more
than one child is on the
WonderWave.

The WonderWave is not
intended for use as a
trampoline. Do not jump on to
or up and down on its surface.

If expecting unusually high,
sustained winds, place the
Wave in a protected area, or
secure with tie downs.

7.  Now connect the two halves

of the WonderWave where
they hinge together. Place
one person at each end of
the frame. Push up on both
sides of the frame until the
metal pieces with the hinges
can be aligned.

8.  Once they are aligned, insert

one hinge bolt into the center
hole of the hinge on both
sides of the frame.
