Assembly Instructions
1. Place the seat upside down on a flat surface.
Crisscross the seat leg assembly so that the center
flattened areas are flush. Insert a 1-1/2” screw
knob (b) with a bent washer (c) through both
support legs (1)into the bottom, center of the
seat (2) as shown in Fig. 1. Hand tighten.
Note:
Do not over tighten, as it could strip the
threads.
2. Place the seat upside down on a flat surface with
legs facing up. Align the back brace bars (4) with
the threaded sockets in the leg assembly on the
bottom of the seat as shown in Fig. 2.
3. Place a bent washer (c) on each of the 2-1/4”
screws (a) provided. Then insert the screw knobs
through the holes in the back brace and the leg
assembly into the bottom of the seat.
4. Add the backrest (3) by aligning the holes with
the back brace bars (4) as shown in Fig. 3. Place a
bent washer (c) on each of the 1-1/2” (b) screws
knobs and insert through the holes in the back
brace bars into the backrest.
5. Hand tighten all screw knobs.
Note:
Do not over tighten, as it could strip the
threads.
Caution:
Make sure all screw knobs are tightened
securely. For your safety, the four extension legs
must always be locked in the same height position.
All pins must be pushed completely through the
pinholes before using.
Note:
