Troubleshooting
If you experience operating difficulties please firstly check the Power
Adaptor and IR Extender Mouse are correctly plugged in.
Ensure Transmitter and Receiver are plugged into mains power.
Power LED of the Transmitter does not Flash when the Remote Control is
operated
. Try operating in another location.
. Ensure the Remote Control is directed in line with the Transmitter IR
Window.
. Ensure when operating the Remote Control the distance from the
Transmitter is no more than 20 feet.
Power LED of the Receiver does not Flash when the Remote Control is
operated.
. Try operating in another location.
. Ensure the Receiver is directed in line with the front of the A/V device you
are controlling.
. Receiver cannot be more than 100 feet from the Transmitter.
. Ensure the IR Extender Mouse has been placed in front of the IR window
of the A/V device you are controlling.
