Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your product operates correctly.

SETTING THE CLOCK
Setting The Time
Press and hold the Time set button.
Press the Hour Set button or the Minute Set button to set the clock display to the
right time.
Release the Time Set button.
Backlight
Press the Backlight button to turn on the backlight. The backlight stays lit approxi-
mately 20 seconds.
LISTENING TO THE RADIO
Switch on the radio by turning the Volume Control knob counter-clockwise.
Press Scan button once, the radio will automatically seek a radio station, and when
found the display will show the radio frequency you are listening to.
To select your desired station, press Scan button again to seek the next station.
If you want to return to the previous station (FM 108MHz), press the Reset Button
once to reset the receiver to the lowest frequency (FM 88 mHz). Then select your
desired station again by pressing Scan button.
Adjust the Volume Control to a comfortable listening level.
To turn the radio off, turn the Volume Control knob clockwise until it clicks.
MAINTENANCE
Keep the unit away from heat or heaters.
Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
Keep the unit away from high humidity.
Keep away from rain and water which could cause damage to the unit.
IMPORTANT
Weak batteries could cause weak reception, low sound output and distortion.
When the unit is not in use for a considerable period, remove the batteries from the
unit to prevent leakage which could cause damage to the unit.

DISPLAY DETAILS
CONNECTION
Using battery power:
This radio operates on two AAA size batteries (not included).
Turn the battery compartment cover counter-clockwise to remove it from the
bottom of the radio.
Insert two batteries in the battery compartment following the polarity diagram on
the battery compartment.
Replace the battery compartment cover back to the appropriate position, turn
clockwise to tighten it.
Remove the batteries if the unit is not to be used for a long period of time. This
prevents any damage from leaking batteries.

in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the
date of purchase. Within this period, simply take the product and your
proof of purchase to any ORBYX Electronics store or dealer and the
product will be repaired without charge for parts and labour. ORBYX
Electronics reserves the right to charge for transportation. Any product
which has been subject to misuse or accidental damage is excluded
from this warranty.
This warranty is only applicable to a product purchased through ORBYX
Electronics’ company owned stores and dealers and to a product that is
presented for repair in a country where ORBYX Electronics offers the
product for sale. While this warranty does not confer any legal rights
other than those set out above, you may have additional statutory
rights which will vary under the laws of the various countries, states,
province and other governmental entities in which ORBYX Electronics
operates. This warranty is subject to all statutory rights you may have
in the country of purchase.
