7.2.5 Calibrating the unit
With the automatic testing, the important measured values, of the
temperature control unit, can be adjusted in comparison with the
entered values at the end of the test. The measured values are:
Temperature (Temperature sensor main line and return line)
Pressure (Pressure sensor, system and main
line (only with ZU))
Flow rate (Flow measurement)

If the unit needs to be adjusted at a later point in time, proceed as
follows:
1.
Open the
Service \ TP test
menu page.
2.
Set parameter
Calibrating the unit
to „ON“.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
NOTICE!
The function can only be performed if the automatic
test has been performed at least once.
7.2.6 Save protocol to a USB data carrier
Bei der automatischen Prüfung kann am Schluss der Prüfung ein
Protokoll auf einen USB-Datenträger gespeichert werden.
NOTICE!
Only USB data carriers in FAT32 format are
supported.

Soll das Protokoll zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt auf einen USB-
Datenträger gespeichert werden, ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
1.
Display menu page
Save/Load

2.
Connect USB data carrier to front connector.
3.
Select the parameter
Save quality test
and confirm with
the
key.
4.
In the Explorer window, select the directory and confirm
with
.
The file is saved to the selected directory on the USB.
