Setting the torque on the 6100 CT

• Unlock handle

��

by clockwise rotation of

safety lock

��

. The safety lock is available

either as a rotary knob or a cylinder lock.

• To set the torque, push handle

��

forward

and rotate it until the required value has been
reached.

• When the scale markers

��

and

��

coincide, the

torque wrench is locked as soon as the handle
is released.

• In order to prevent accidental maladjustment,

the safety lock

��

should be rotated anti-clock-

wise.

• The torque wrench is now ready for use.

Assembly 6150-1 CT and 6160-1 CT

• Insert the handle bar

into the tube of the head

part

• Press the locking bolt

slightly, so that it will be

pushed in automatically when telescoping the
handle bar and head part.

• Push the handle part bolt

right down into the

location notch of the head part

• Turn the handle part

to the left and make sure

that the handle part bolt

is inserted into the

location notch all the way to the stop

. The

locking bolt

at the opposite side engages vis-

ibly and audibly into the hole.
