BISS-E Buried ID Scrambling Mode

The BISS-E Buried ID scrambling mode sets the encoder to receive a scrambling key, decode it,
and read the decoded key. This mode does not display the decoded key, only the original key
number before decoding.

The required value is a 16-digit scrambling key number.

NOTE:

The scrambling word/key values for the BISS-E Buried ID scrambling mode are not displayed. Changing/

updating these values is done as soon as the new value is saved.
