The measuring for the values are as follows:

Output shaft surface runout
The dial gauge on the fixed part measures the axial
runout (maximum runout width) of the outermost
periphery of output shaft of the output rotary unit per
revolution.

Deflection of output shaft
The dial gauge on the fixed part measures the radial
runout (maximum runout width) of output shaft of the
output rotary unit per revolution.

Parallelism between the output shaft end mounted surface
The dial gauge on the output rotary unit measures the
axial runout (maximum runout width) of the outermost
periphery of the mounting surface (both on the output
shaft side and opposite side) of the output rotary unit
per revolution.

Concentricity between the output shaft and fitting part
The dial gauge on the output rotary unit measures the
radial runout (maximum runout width) of the fitting part
of the output rotary unit per revolution.
