13.2 Installation procedures

13.2.1 Deck integrated version

WARNING!
Winch must be installed by the qualified personnel of Harken Italy Tech Service.
To install the winch according to the installation procedure, contact Harken Italy Tech Service at

WARNING!
Installation must be done before installing the deck over the hull.

To install the Winch Air deck integrated, follow the steps of the procedure below:

1. Harken mold
Harken provides the mold to laminate the portion of the carbon deck useful to house the winch.
For the lamination process of the deck, see point #4 of this procedure.

The mold is equipped with an aluminum disc that allows the customer to grant flat the winch installation
deck surface.
