5 - Operation

Example of speed and pressure limit settings

The pressure limits are set to 5 and 9 Bar, and speed limits are 2 and 6
km/h.

The pressure will not reach 11 Bar, the limit is 9 Bar.

If speed is higher than 6 km/h the rate controller will not push up the
pressure, as the programed max speed is 6 km/h.

Spray mist continues to flow through the nozzles, when we are beyond
the limits, in the “Dead zone” but the programed dose rate is no longer
achieved. If speed is higher than the limit, we apply less dose rate per
Ha. as the pressure do not follow the high speed.
