Configuring the General Digital I/O

If not used as a safety function, then you can use the Flexible I/O as a general purpose
digital I/O.

The general digital I/O should comply with the common specifications of digital I/O.

The general digital I/O can be used to configure relays or PLC systems. In this
configuration, if the program is not running, the output is maintained low at all times.

Load control with digital outputs

You can control loads with digital outputs. You can configure it as follows.
