Fault handling
Pressing the power button still causes the instrument to screen black and
cannot be turned on.
a.
Check if the power connector is properly connected.
b.
Check if the power button is pressed firmly.
c.
Check if the fuse is blown. If you need to replace the fuse, please use a fuse
that meets the specifications of this product.
d.
After completing the above checks, restart the instrument.
e.
If you still cannot use this product normally, please contact Hantek.
Invalid key input
a.
Check if the buttons are locked.
b.
Whether to use external remote control.

Unstable measurement values
a.
Has the four terminal connection not been made.
b.
Are there any metal parts around the probe.
Reason: If there are metal parts around the battery and probe to be measured,
the measurement value may fluctuate due to the induction of eddy current.
Countermeasure: When measuring, please try to stay as far away from the metal
parts as possible.
Wrap the cables together and minimize the area of the branch parts as much as
possible.

Is noise mixed in.
Countermeasure: Wrap the cables together and minimize the area of the
branch parts as much as possible.
Shield the cable and connect it to the ground wire.
d.
Whether to use multiple instruments for simultaneous measurement.
Reason: When multiple instruments measure simultaneously, interference
occurs due to the measurement signals between them, resulting in fluctuations
in the measurement values.
Countermeasure: When measuring, please use the measurement current pulse
output function to stagger the measurement timing.
Please try not to overlap the probes as much as possible. Do not stack this
instrument when placing it.

Whether the body is tightly attached to the front of this instrument for
measurement
Reason: Noise may be picked up due to the induction signal in the circuit of this
instrument, causing fluctuations in the measured values.
Countermeasure: When measuring, please maintain a distance of more than
20cm from this instrument.
