Never pull the mains plug
out of the socket by the
mains cord; always hold the
mains plug itself.

Never use the mains cord as
a carrying strap.

Keep the appliance, mains
plug and mains cord away
from open flames and hot
surfaces.

Lay the mains cord so that
it does not pose a tripping
hazard.
■
Do not kink the mains cord
or lay it over sharp edges.
■
Use the appliance only in-
doors; never operate it in
damp rooms or expose it to
rain.
■
Never store the appliance
in such a way that it can fall
into a bathtub or sink.
■
Never touch an electrical
appliance if it has fallen
into water. In such a case,
immediately unplug the
mains plug from the socket.
■
In the event of a fault, al-
ways disconnect the appli-
ance from the mains sup-
ply.

en when handling the sharp
cutting blades, emptying
the bowl and during clean-

Switch off the appliance
and disconnect from sup-
ply before changing acces-
sories or approaching parts
that move in use.

Always disconnect the
blender from the supply if it
is left unattended and be-
fore assembling, disassem-
bling or cleaning.

CAUTION: Ensure that the
blender is switched off be-
fore removing it from the
stand.
