7. Replace the charging gun on the charger and
turn off the charger input master switch.
8. Put the charging covers of the lithium-ion
battery and forklift truck back in place.
6 Repair and maintenance
6.1 Daily maintenance (eight hours)
It also serves as a pre-operation check.
To ensure the safe operation of the forklift truck, the operator must check and adjust the forklift truck
before driving it.
Warning

If there is damage or a safety hazard on the forklift truck or attachment found in the check,
the forklift truck should not be used again until it is repaired in accordance with the regulations.

In addition to testing the lights and checking the operational performance, the key switch
must be turned off and the battery must be unplugged before checking the electrical system.
1. Leakage check: hydraulic oil, brake fluid,
cooling liquid and gear oil
Warning
Do not drive the truck if a fuel leak is found
before work; start the engine after
eliminating the leakage.
Check whether there is any fuel leak or water leak
in the drive axle, hydraulic system, braking system
and lithium-ion battery by hand and visual
inspection. Do not use naked flames.
2. Visual inspection

When carrying out a visual check of the
forklift truck, the operator should pay special
attention to whether the wheels, wheel bolts
and load parts are damaged or loose.
– Check whether lights and instruments
work normally.
– Check tires, air pressure and ensure
bolts are tight.

Check whether the tires are damaged
and whether tire pressures are normal.

Check whether the battery case is
locked tightly.
–
Adjust the front, back and up and down
positions of the hand-guard control device to
suit the driver.
– Adjust the field of vision in the rearview
mirror.

Check whether the lifting chains are
evenly tensioned.
3. Check the hydraulic oil
Open the rear base plate, unscrew the hydraulic
oil filling cover at right rear part, pull out the
dipstick, check whether the fuel level is between
the scale lines. If the fuel level is insufficient, add
more into the reservoir.
