COMMUNICATION
7.1
Communication Options
Terminal offers several communication options including Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC)
and wireless radios.
USB CONNECTOR
The MicroUSB connector on bottom side supports USB 2.0 High speed
WIRELESS RADIOS (WIRELESS COMMUNICATION)
The Terminals are equipped with an 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth radio and WWAN (optional).

7.2
Installing Additional Software
Terminal is shipped with the operating system, radio drivers, and custom software (CICO) already installed.
These are the default programs that install when your terminal first boots up. You can install additional
software programs on the terminal provided that the following parameters are met:
e program was created for a Windows CE device.
When selecting programs, verify that the program and version of the program are designed for the Windows

7.3
Connecting the USB Cable
To facilitate USB communication between the Terminal and the host workstation, you can connect your unit
to a host using the USB cable. Insert the micro-USB connector cable onto the bottom of the terminal as
shown.
