Care & Maintenance

Warranty

Do not extend the handles beyond its limitation.
Do not place any objects on the footplate.
Do not apply excessive force on the equipment.
Do not allow any liquid substances to contact the equipment directly. Keep food and drinks away
from the equipment. Substances getting inside the equipment can cause critical damage to the
electronic components.
Remove the batteries when they become weak or when the body analyzer is not in use for
extended periods. This will prevent damage to the device from battery leakage at such times
Use a lint-free cloth to gently wipe the external surface of the equipment about once every week
Be careful not to scratch the LED screen.
HAMMER Body Screen TX does not need regular maintenance. If some problems occur while
operating the device, get in touch with our customer service team.
We do not take the responsibility about problems caused by any arbitrary repairs.

We provide warranty for our devices according to the following conditions:
1) We will repair free of charge in accordance with the following conditions: Damage or defects to the device which
are demonstrably due to a manufacturing defect, if they are reported to us immediately upon discovery and within
24 months after delivery to the end user. The warranty does not cover easily breakable parts, such as glass or plastic.
A warranty obligation is not triggered: by minor deviations from the target condition, which are insignificant for the
value and usability of the device, by damage from chemical and electrochemical effects, from water and generally by
damage due to force majeure.
2) The warranty service is provided in such a way that defective parts are repaired free of charge or replaced by faultless
parts at our discretion. The costs for material and working time will be borne by us. Repairs at the place of installation
cannot be demanded. The proof of purchase with the date of purchase and/or delivery must be presented. Replaced
parts become our property.
3) The warranty claim expires if repairs or interventions are carried out by persons who are not authorized by us to do so or
if our devices are equipped with supplementary or accessory parts which are not matched to our devices, furthermore
if the device is damaged or destroyed by the influence of force majeure or by environmental influences, in the case of
damage which has occurred due to improper handling - in particular non-observance of the operating instructions -
or maintenance or if the device shows mechanical damage of any kind. The customer service can authorize you after
telephone consultation to repair or exchange parts, which will be sent to you. In this case, the warranty claim will of
course not expire.
4) Warranty services shall neither cause an extension of the warranty period nor shall they set a new warranty period in motion.
5) Further or other claims, in particular those for compensation for damage occurring outside the device, are excluded -
insofar as liability is not mandatorily ordered by law.
6) Our warranty conditions, which include the prerequisites and scope of our warranty services, do not affect the contractual
warranty obligations of the seller.
7) Parts subject to wear and tear, which are identified as such in the parts list, are not subject to the warranty conditions.
8) The warranty claim expires in case of improper use, especially in fitness studios, rehabilitation facilities and hotels.
