7 Setup and installation

7.1

Requirements of the location, where the machine is to be installed

In order to be able to operate the machine trouble-free, efficient and ergonomi-

cally, the following conditions must be met:

●

Ensure that the work surface is sufficiently stable and has the proper load-

bearing capacity

●

Provide sufficient light at the workstation

●

Ensure there is sufficient clearance for or from neighbouring workstations

●

That the free space in the processing direction is at least 500 mm larger than

the workpiece length.

●

That the machine location provides enough space for the machine operator.

Consider the requirement of enough space for loading, working and

stacking of workpieces.
At least 2000 mm of free space to operate the machine in the working area

are required.

●

In order to maintain and operate the machine properly, it must be set up

at least 500 mm away from the wall, parallel to the work direction (measure-

ment X).

●

The machine may only be used in dry rooms, free from frost and not outside.
