Menu Displays

To toggle between different menu settings, press the MENU button and then the UP arrow to scroll

through your options. Options for your SmartServe™ are shown below.

LOWER SHIELD

Press START if you want to lower the Splash Shield to remove it or for cleaning.

RAISE SHIELD

Press STOP if the Splash Shield is already lowered and you want to raise it.

TOTAL CYCLES _ _ _ _

This is the total number of blend or mix cycles that your SmartServe™ has

performed. This should correlate to the total number of drinks or shakes served

per machine. This cycle counter cannot be reset.

CYCLES: _ _ _ _

This is the total number of blend or mix cycles that your SmartServe™ has

performed since the last time the temporary cycle counter was reset.

HOURS SINCE LAST USE

This is the accumulated time for your SmartServe™ in hours and minutes since

the last blend cycle.

AUTO-RINSE

With the factory settings, your SmartServe™ will rinse automatically after every

blend or mix cycle. This feature can be disabled if preferred by pressing START,

and the machine can be manually operated by pressing RINSE on the control

panel.

CUP SENSOR

Your SmartServe™ may be fitted with a Cup Sensor. This feature detects if a

cup is in place. It can prompt the user to insert a cup if it is not in place and will

refuse to rinse if a blend or mix cycle has been performed but the cup has not

been removed. This feature can be enabled or disabled by pressing START.

WATER SCALE (only applicable to models starting with “MIC”)

MIC models have the ability to dispense water into the cup during a mix or blend

cycle. To accommodate different water pressures, the amount that is dispensed

can be calibrated during installation. Press START; use UP or DOWN arrows to

adjust water that is dispensed.

FACTORY SETTINGS

DO NOT change any menu options, since this may result in deleting your custom settings. Call Technical

Services with questions.
