Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Question
Captured image is not displayed. (Becomes black, becomes white)
Answer
1) Is the sensor unit properly connected to the main unit?
Connect the sensor unit properly to the main unit.
2) Is the data acquisition mode set as the mode in use?
Verify the data acquisition mode in use and set.
3) Is the external trigger polarity set as in use?
Verify the external trigger polarity in use and set.
4) Is the accumulation time set properly?
Verify accumulation time value setting.
5) Is the gain value set properly?
Verify the gain setting.
6) Is the offset value set properly?
Verify the Offset setting.
