Service Mode 

When a user logs in with the service account (default username of “service” and password of 
“changeme”), 

Service Mode

 becomes available instead of Change Setup: 

 

The service mode is intended to allow field personnel perform diagnostic tests, recalibrate sensors 
and reset the unit’s time, without being granted access to change the unit’s setup. 

After a warning that logging is disabled (to allow tests to be performed without affecting logged 
data), the Service Mode page appears: 

 

 

The facilities available in service mode are described in the following sections.
