Maintenance
Cleaning
Your flow meter does not require cleaning, provided that it has been flowing clean, dry gas. If necessary, the outside of
the device can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.

Caution:
If you suspect that debris or other foreign material has entered your device,do not take apart the flow body to
clean it, as this will negate its NIST-traceable calibration. Please contact support for cleaning (
).
Recalibration
The recommended period for recalibration is once every year. A label located on the back of the device lists the most
recent calibration date. This date is also stored inside your flow meter and is visible by selecting
MENU
→
