4. MAINTENANCE
4.1 OIL
Please check the oil level every six months. Total oil amount is about 260 ml. In optimum/normal conditions (no
leakage problem) there shouldn’t be any need to add oil. However, it’s important to pay attention to the correct oil
level in order to ensure correct and safe operation of the hand pallet truck. If needed, add injection oil the necessary
amount – this must be conducted with the forks in the lowered position. Also, if necessary, find out the root cause
of the lack of oil. The adding location is circled in blue in below pictures. Add or change the hydraulic oil according
to the table below.
