Troubleshooting

Checklist for operational
readiness

The service lift is ready for operation:



If the power supply for the service lift is guaranteed.



If the main switch on the control is switched on.



If none of the emergency stop buttons are pressed.



If the fall arrester is not locked.



If none of the switches for travel limitation or safety switch-off has been

triggered (top and bottom travel limitation, top safety switch-off, top switching

flap, bottom switch plate, slider in switch plate)



If there is no overload in the service lift.



If all doors on the service lift and the railing doors are closed.

Readiness for operation is indicated by the green control lamp on the control

lighting up.

Checklist for limited
operational readiness

The service lift has limited operational readiness:



If the fall arrester has been triggered.



If the safety switch-off has been triggered at the top or bottom.

Limited operational readiness is indicated by the green control lamp flashing.

Display Error description

Cause

Remedy

Service lift does not start.
The error indicator light is

permanently red.

Travel command was given when

switching on the service lift.
A control panel may be defective.



Cancel the travel

command.



If necessary, check all

control panels.



Restart the controller

(reset).
