General overhauls of hoist, fall

arrester and control cabinet

A scheduled general overhaul of the rope hoist and the fall arrester by the

manufacturer is required at least every ten years from the date of manufacture or

after 250 hours of operation, depending on which occurs first.
In this case, please contact Hailo Wind Systems.
A scheduled general overhaul of the control is required every 20 years. Please

contact Hailo Wind Systems for the general overhaul.

Disassembly and disposal

Disassembly by qualified
personnel

Disassembly of the machine may only be carried out by authorised and trained

persons. If you do not have the appropriate personnel for professional

dismantling, please contact Hailo Wind Systems.

Risk of injuries and damage to
the environment

The machine is comprised of different materials. If not handled in the correct

manner, some materials can cause personal injuries and damage to the

environment.
Observe local, regional and international regulations and laws regarding waste

disposal!
Assign an authorised disposal company for professional disposal of the waste.

The service lift should be dismantled and recycled in parts and by type of

material. Non-recyclable materials must be disposed of in an

environmentally friendly manner.



Collect leaking operating materials (e.g. oil or lubricants) in suitable



disposed of properly.
