The main harness is available for replacement, if

necessary.

NOTE

: The sensor rods, sensors, float switch,

and heater have their own harness with

connectors. If the harness or connector is faulty,

the part would have to be replaced.

Main Harness Removal

1. Remove control panel, control panel

mounting bracket, top cover, front panel, front

drum support and drum (see

Control Panel

and Front RJ45 Access

Top Cover

, and

Front Panel

sections of this service guide).

2. Disconnect the harness connectors from the

components.

3. Cut the wire ties securing the harness, and

unroute the harness for removal.

NOTE

: When rerouting harness, make sure to

replace any wire ties cut during harness removal.

Main Harness

5. Remove the four 8-mm motor bracket clamp

mounting bolts and remove motor from motor

bracket.

Take note of the tension spring mounting location.
